ALL ABOUT A KID WHO JUST WANTS TO HEAR ROCK
I like whatever people don't listen to, but that doesn't mean it sucks. If you try to play rap in my presence, I will go crazy. I have loved metal and alternative forever. The first band I really loved was Korn. I only have Issues, but I freak when I hear Freak on a Leash (Follow the Leader), Twist, or Swallow (Life is Peachy cd).
Then I started getting into Godsmack and Limp Bizkit, my two favorite bands today. I have Godsack's self titled cd and the new Alive cd. I like the first one better, because of Keep Away, Bad Religion, and the song that got them started, Voodoo.
Limp Bizkit was just a band that I saw on TV. I loved their first song that got on MTV, Faith. I never bought 3 Dollar Bill Y'all or Significant Other, but I have Chocolate Starfish. Break Stuff and Rearranged are great songs songs, but Pollution is my favorite.
Recently, I got into Punk and Ska when I went to go see a concert at my High School, (if anybody likes Nobody's Hero, they graduated from that school). Burning This Life, a metal band, ATS, a punk based band, and Coming Up Short, a ska band, all played. I began to like ska when I realized how crazy the fans got in the mosh pits.
So here I am, into some unbelievably Phat bands, and still looking for better ones. But I will always stick to ROCK.
